Stamina orbs are small round circles you can find almost anywhere in the game. You can find them from killing other players, chopping down trees, destroying crates, or killing creatures. They will slowly fill your stamina bars, even if your first one is full. After the ruins marketplace update, stamina orbs were added along with health orbs. A stamina potion is basically a bunch of these stamina orbs in a portable bottle.
