The Viking helmet was released in the first hat update along with the Hood, Legion Helmet, Fedora and Skull. It has no effects other than making you look nice. For the Brown team, the horns are gray while the helmet is brown. The horns become brown and the hat itself white on the Gray team, and gray horns on a black/gray for the "None" team.
